Where Young Musicians Grow Together

Children's Orchestra directed by Maire-Anne McCormack
Baruch Symphony Orchestra · Manhattan, NY

Every Child Learns Differently

My approach is tailored to each child's interests and prior experience with music. No two students are alike — and no two music lessons should be either.

Children want to feel successful. That's why I focus first on what each student can do, then build confidence by offering specific, encouraging feedback and targeted practice in areas of growth.

Whether your child is picking up a bow for the first time or preparing for a school orchestra audition, I meet them exactly where they are — and help them discover how far they can go.

What I enjoy most about teaching music is that some students have years of experience, others have just a great love for music and some basic proficiency in their instrument. What brings us all together is that love for music and a passion to make music together.

๐ŸŽผ
Personalized Instruction

Lessons are shaped around each child's learning style, interests, and musical experience — from complete beginners to advancing students.

๐ŸŒฑ
Strength-Based Growth

We celebrate what students can do, then use specific feedback and deliberate practice to strengthen areas of development.

All Abilities Welcome
